KUTSO ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACCELERATION PROGRAMME FEATURED ON RADYO DUMLUPINAR

The “Business Leaders of the Future” KUTSO Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme, conducted by the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO), was featured in a special broadcast on Radyo Dumlupınar.

Semra Tozaraydın, Member of the Board of Directors Responsible for Entrepreneurship at KUTSO, and Tuğba Katırcı, Head of the KUTSO Entrepreneurship Office, took part in the programme as guest speakers. During the broadcast, assessments were made regarding the purpose, scope and opportunities the programme offers to young entrepreneurs.

Semra Tozaraydın stated that the programme was initiated in response to the need to connect the innovative ideas of young people in Kütahya with the appropriate support mechanisms. Emphasising that the programme has a comprehensive structure offering training, mentorship and direct engagement with the business world, Tozaraydın underlined that efforts to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem are being pursued with determination.

Noting that the achievements attained in the first year of the programme have been clearly reflected this year through the increase in the number of applications, Tozaraydın stated that young people’s interest in entrepreneurship continues to grow day by day.

Tuğba Katırcı, for her part, drew attention to the programme’s multi-stage structure and explained that entrepreneurs go through a comprehensive development process, beginning with the preliminary assessment stage and continuing through mentorship, training and investor meetings. She stated that the Open House Meeting, Bootcamp, Pitch Deck and Demo Day stages organised within the scope of the programme play an important role in helping entrepreneurs develop their business ideas.

It was also stated that, within the framework of the programme, entrepreneurs are provided not only with training and mentorship support, but also with opportunities to meet investors, assistance with branding and patent procedures, and awards for the highest-ranking ventures.

During the broadcast, it was emphasised that the programme is not merely a competition, but has been designed as part of a long-term vision for entrepreneurship. It was further noted that the objective is to strengthen the advanced entrepreneurship ecosystem in Kütahya and to establish a sustainable structure.
