KUTSO PAYS A MEMBER VİSİT TO AYYILDIZ PASTANELERİ
Esin Güral Argat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO), together with Emin Yüce, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Board Members Melih Aslan and Semra Tozaraydın, visited Emre Kul, representative of the Kütahya branch of Ayyıldız Pastaneleri Gıda Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
During the visit, evaluations were made regarding the company’s operations, recent developments in the service and food sectors, and sectoral expectations. Information was also provided about the production facility operating under Ayyıldız Pastaneleri, where it was noted that the entire production workforce consists of female employees. The contribution made to women’s employment was highlighted as an important achievement, and the company’s approach in this area was highly appreciated.
Emre Kul shared information regarding the company’s growth journey, institutionalisation efforts, and future objectives. Discussions also covered research and development activities aimed at product innovation, practices implemented to enhance quality standards, and initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction. The KUTSO delegation was further informed about the company’s efforts to expand its product range through its innovative production approach.
During the meeting, Emre Kul stated that they closely follow KUTSO’s institutional management system and its service-oriented approach towards members, expressing his admiration for the Chamber’s work. He noted that KUTSO’s initiatives in institutionalisation, planned management, and sustainable growth serve as a model for their own organisation. Emre Kul also emphasised that the visionary approach and leadership of Chairman of the Board of Directors Esin Güral Argat had made a significant contribution to the development of their company and that they had achieved important gains by drawing inspiration from these practices.
The KUTSO delegation thanked Emre Kul for his hospitality and wished him continued success in his work.
