The Management of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO) visited members operating at the Bölücek Tilemakers’ Bazaar and met with representatives of the sector.

The visits were attended by KUTSO Chairman of the Board of Directors Esin Güral Argat, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Fatih Alkış, Board Treasurer Tolga Eskioğlu, Board Members Melih Aslan and Bekir Melih Karaaytaç, and Chairman of the Member Relations Coordination Committee Emin Yüce. During the meetings, the current state of the tilemaking sector, production and sales processes, the expectations of sector representatives, and the challenges they face were discussed.

The KUTSO Management visited the businesses individually, meeting with members and receiving information about their activities. KUTSO Chairman of the Board of Directors Esin Güral Argat listened to members’ requests and suggestions and discussed the needs of the sector. Information was also provided on KUTSO’s ongoing initiatives, services and support available to its members.

As part of the visit programme, the opening of KUTSO Assembly Member Hasan Acar’s new business premises also took place. Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the new premises were visited and information was received about its activities.

During the meetings held at the Bölücek Tilemakers’ Bazaar, views were exchanged on the current structure and future development of the tilemaking sector, one of Kütahya’s significant cultural and economic assets. The requests and suggestions conveyed directly by sector representatives were also heard.
